Rollingwood Athletic Club membership offers access to our pools, tennis and pickleball courts, recreational facilities, and a variety of programs and activities for all ages.
Buying & Selling Memberships
Interested in joining Rollingwood Athletic Club? Memberships are purchased directly from existing members who wish to sell. To help connect buyers and sellers, the Club maintains listings of individuals interested in purchasing or selling a membership.
How Membership Transfers Work
1. Find a Membership
Buyers and sellers coordinate directly to negotiate and complete the sale. Members may sell their memberships to individuals who meet the Club's membership eligibility requirements.
2. Complete the Required Forms
Once a purchase has been arranged, buyers and sellers must complete the following documents (linked below):
Membership Transfer & New Member Application
Provides the Club with the buyer's contact information, household details, and membership transfer information.
Membership Transfer Contract
Must be completed and signed by both the purchasing and selling members.
3. Submit Your Paperwork
Return the completed documents to the Club's General Manager for processing.
4. Finalize Your Membership
All membership transfers are subject to the following requirements:
Transfer Fee: A one-time fee of $2,500 (including tax) is payable to Rollingwood Athletic Club.
Annual Dues: Buyers are encouraged to confirm whether annual dues have been paid for the current year. The General Manager can verify membership status and any outstanding balances.
Board Approval: All membership transfers require approval by the Board of Directors.
The Club oversees membership eligibility, required documentation, transfer fees, and Board approval.

Interested in Buying or Selling a Membership?
The Club maintains a list of individuals interested in purchasing a membership. Members looking to sell are welcome to contact our General Manager for a list of prospective buyers, whom they may contact directly.
Want to be added to a listing? Whether you're looking to buy or sell, listing your interest with the Club is complimentary. Simply email our General Manager with your name, phone number, email address, and whether you're interested in buying or selling.
Listings are reviewed periodically to keep information current. Please notify the Club if your membership is sold, your interest changes, or you'd like your listing removed.
These are interest lists, not formal waiting lists. Inclusion does not guarantee a membership purchase or sale.
