Celebrate at the Rollingwood Pool! Members may reserve the pool for birthday parties, family celebrations and other special occasions.

Parties During Normal Pool Hours

Members may host parties during normal pool hours for $10, plus $1 per non-member guest. Guest passes may also be used for non-members.

During the school year (August–May), parties may be scheduled on weekends only. Parties are limited to three hours, and groups larger than 10 are discouraged.

Planning a casual gathering with several member families? There’s no party fee, but please give the General Manager a heads-up, especially if your group will be using several tables. This helps us plan around other scheduled events and make sure there’s room for everyone.

The General Manager will review your request and respond to confirm availability. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive confirmation from the General Manager.

Spring and summer dates can fill quickly, so we recommend submitting your request early.

Private Parties

Private parties may be available when the pool is closed to regular member use, including select Mondays, Saturday mornings from 9–11 a.m., and weekday afternoons from 1–3:30 p.m., depending on the season and pool schedule.

The sponsoring member must be present for the duration of the event and is responsible for their guests.

Private Party Guidelines

  1. Reservations: Parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and must be requested at least two weeks in advance. Reservations may be made up to six months ahead.

  2. Payment & Contract: Full payment and a signed contract are required to confirm your reservation. Payment must be received within 14 days of reserving and no later than seven days before the party.

  3. Weather & Pool Closures: If the pool closes due to weather, a fecal incident, or another safety concern, the party may be rescheduled for an available date. Refunds are not provided for these closures.

  4. Party Length: Parties are limited to three hours. For birthday parties, the birthday child must be at least three years old.

  5. Guest Count: A final guest count is required at least seven days before the party so we can schedule the appropriate number of lifeguards.

  6. Life Jackets: U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets are permitted but are not a substitute for adult supervision.

  7. Set-Up & Decorations: Hosts may arrive up to 15 minutes early. Balloons and table decorations are welcome. Piñatas and confetti are not permitted.

  8. Food & Drinks: Food and beverages are permitted in designated table areas only and must remain outside the pools.

  9. Guest Responsibility: All guests must follow Club and pool rules. Please notify pool staff of any non-swimmers in your group. Sponsoring members are responsible for their guests.

  10. Safety: Pool staff may close the pool or restrict access when necessary for safety. Failure to follow Club or pool rules may result in removal from the facility without a refund.
